Q: What am I buying?

A:Our designer inspired bags are the highest quality replica items available. We personally check the quality of each item we purchase. All goods are made from the same materials as the original items.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: If you are in the UK, we accept Paypal or, if you would prefer, you can pay by cheque. Our Paypal or address details will be provided at the point of order, as appropriate. Unfortunately, outside of the UK we can only accept orders from the EU and payment must be made in stirling GBP.

Q: When will my bag be shipped to me?

A: We aim to send you your order within 48 hours of clearance of your payment (not including weekends and bank holidays). Where this is not possible for any reason, we will notify you in advance.

Q: How will my order be shipped to me?

A: If you are in the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class. If you prefer, you can have it delivered by Special Delivery (next day) and at added cost of £8.00 per item. Buyers from overseas (EU only) will be charged £18.00 per item for delivery but this will include Royal Mail Airsure, where available.

Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase?

A: We offer a full refund (minus p&p) if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Simply return the item to us, unused and still in its original packaging with all labels and accessories. Your refund will be issued within 48 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).

Q: What will you do with any personal information I give you?

A: We will not pass any of your personal details to a third party without prior reference to you. Your contact details may be retained on file so we can send you details of new arrivals and/or special offers. Please tell us if you would rather not be contacted this way.
